The first phase of the revised program includes pilot programs in selected cities, most of which are included in Book 1.0. New York, where the program was initially launched and Cadillac had its headquarters previously, will not participate. At least not immediately.
Cadillac President Steve Carlisle said the program will begin at the end of the first quarter of this year, or perhaps others, if the progress is slow. “We have to solve a number of things, but we believe it will be better in every way: from the consumer’s point of view, from our point of view from a retail perspective,” Carlisle said.
