Quiet Truck Tires, Tire test: Cooper AT3-XLT-Last year, Cooper Tires expanded the range of A / T3 tires for heavy-duty vehicles, with a device-specific device that offers a wide range of tread characteristics for different surfaces.
According to Scott Jamieson, Managing Director of Cooper Categories, the A / T3 series previously had a multi-position tire. However, consumer research has shown that Cooper needed a unique segmentation model to develop three distinct gyros specifically geared to specific needs.
The result was finding ATS 4S SUVs and light vehicles for daily travel and night operations in all weather conditions. AT3LT Discoverer for medium-sized heavy trucks that carry and carry large loads; and the AT3XLT Discoverer for higher pickups that can be transported in terrain and terrain.

I created the AT3 XLT (275 / 65R20), which Cooper delivered to the F-150 last month for extended tests in 2017 throughout the year. In the coming months, these tires will spend a lot of time on paved roads, muddy forest roads and everywhere.
Cooper’s Discoverer tire has been around for 40 years, and Jamieson says that much of his legacy – such as wear and tear on unpaved roads – is in his latest bid. LT and XLT tires benefit from increased durability on gravel and dirt roads, for which Jamieson claims to have an overwhelming warranty of up to 60,000 miles (I measured 16/32 steps off the shelf). The silicon-containing tread pattern, which is connected to the tread pattern in all seasons, improves the braking cost by 10 feet. According to Jamieson, the tread pattern design includes Aqua-Vac resin systems designed to kill time and snow by ensuring grip and sensitive handling.
The fuel consumption of factory-fitted tires was just over 21 miles per gallon, and I expect it to drop during this test. So far, it has been reduced by about 0.5 miles per gallon, which is better than expected.
Profile wear can be uneven on off-road tires, as it is designed for everything you need on the road. Jamieson notes that the AT3 has been developed with a pair of Wear Arc technology, which means that the rubber shape is designed to strategically balance the pressure in the tire contact with the road, thus contributing to even wear and smooth tread movement.
My test package has accumulated about 2,000 miles over the past month and has managed unusual errors.
Large side-walled heat-resistant side-beams provide greater resistance to abrasion and puncture when driving on rocky and steep terrain. Depending on the jameson, the alternating shoulder blades that serve as the crankshaft, the vehicle / blade or glue may be blurred.
Due to the high rate of infection, I have often not prevented the difference between roads that almost always require less aggressive tires under similar conditions. A more aggressive cut does not necessarily mean that it is a ruthless ring on the road.The motorway also had a noticeable, homogeneous and silent passage because the small integrated buckles of the shoulder were an obstacle to road noise for passengers.
