Truck Rentals Nj – A trailer rental and service operation will soon add a second location in Upper Macungie Township after receiving approval to renew an empty commercial site. The supervisor on Thursday gave initial / final approval for the plan to develop Jenstar Properties land to renovate the Landscaping Plantique site at 632 Grammes Lane.
This agreement paved the way for Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, 5361 Oakview Drive, to expand to a second location on the 7.5-acre package. The company specializes in short and long term trailer rentals, including flatbeds, mobile office trailers and storage units. That is also sales and service and retail sales.

Hale has 25 employees and will add about 10 more, said Daren Martocci, director of city planning and zoning.
The Landscaping plantique, which is still in business at Schantz Road, left the site about five years ago, he said.
Located in the municipal General Industrial zoning district, the land development plan was previously recommended for approval by the municipal Planning Commission.
“This is consistent with our comprehensive plan for reuse,” Martocci said.
Use is permitted right-hand and no difference or zone assistance is needed, he said.
Based in Voorhees, N.J., the company operates 12 locations across the east coast, stretching as far north as Portland, southern Maine to Jacksonville, Florida, along with the second Pennsylvania location in Scranton.
Company President Barry Hale also serves as president of Jenstar Properties.
In other businesses, supervisors are authorized to manage Bob Ibach Township to implement new contracts with LANTA for bus stops in the municipality.
Ibach said the current agreement, in which Upper Macungie received a percentage of the revenue generated by displaying advertisements in shelters, from until 1995.
He said the agreement generates around $ 1,000 per year for the municipality and that the rates will not change.
LANTA, Ibach said, contacted Upper Macungie about renewing his agreement as part of outreach to other cities in the Lehigh Valley.
There are no additional shelters that have not been proposed, he said.
